Shipping Information

Shipment Methods
All items shown on our website are IN STOCK. Every purchase is shipped SAME DAY as purchase (or next day depending on the time of purchase) via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery within US) or FedEx with various shipping options (including overnight shipping). Insurance is included in the shipping amount. Shipments outside the United States are made via USPS Priority International Mail or FedEx, if selected by the customer. Insurance is included.

To see the shipping charges for your selection, simply place item(s) in your shopping cart and click on the "Estimate Shipping" button. You will see the shipping charges prior to making payment. Shipping charges are combined for multiple items for great savings.

Insurance
All packages are insured by a third party insurance company.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 9.25% will be applied to all items shipped to locations in the state of California.

International Customs Duty information
Shipments to any country other than the United States may be subject to import charges, custom duties, fees or taxes applied by that country. The customer is responsible for any and all applicable charges. (Please note: We do not declare our items as a "gift" or for a reduced value on customs forms).

Exchange / Return Policy

All items are fully guaranteed to be authentic and as described. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, we offer to exchange the item or refund any unsatisfactory item by pre-authorization. Please contact us to obtain a pre-authorization. All stock items (excluding special orders) can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Upon receiving pre-authorization, merchandise must be returned within 7 days, with original invoice and presentation box, etc., in the original, undamaged condition. We will replace the item, if replacement is available. Otherwise, we will refund the full amount of purchase price (excluding shipping charges). We do not accept returns for special order items.

Damage Claim:  We pack all items professionally and securely for a safe arrival. In the case of damage, please contact us immediately for claim process instructions. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging (shipping box), etc., until the claim process is completed.
