An enchanting Limited Edition character figurine by Royal Doulton, designed by P. Gee.  Issued ONLY in 1992 in a Limited Edition of 5,000 as part of the REYNOLDS LADIES Series.  MADE IN ENGLAND.  SIGNED BY THE ARTIST.  This figurine is based on a painting by Joshua Reynolds (c. 1778).  "Countess of Harrington" measures 9 1/2 inches high.  This charming lady is lavishly dressed in a gown of pale green, holding a flower wreath.
